I had a root canal done here today and it was a great experience! They are all very kind and professional and helpful. Thank you so much!
I went for a consultation on resorption of two teeth. I was very nervous and tense during her examination, but she was very patient and understanding with me! Dr. Herring explained her diagnosis and treatment recommendations clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her staff was very pleasant and friendly as well.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! She gave me a root canal and severed my trigeminal nerve!!!! This has absolutely ruined my ENTIRE life!!! I now have trigeminal neuralgia also known as suicide disease. It's called that for a good reason. Research it. FIND ANOTHER ENDODONTIST!!!! Wish I didn't even have to give her a 1 star rating but it wouldn't let me do a review without putting atleast 1 star...
With all these bad review I am reading I am scared to go to my appointment tomorrow for a Advco tooth . Any advise would be helpful .
Strongly do NOT recommend. I had a procedure done by Dr. Herring. Personality-wise she seemed very impatient and did not explain the procedure or details of what was going to happen. Skill-wise, she caused significant unnecessary pain during the administration of a shot, which resulted in muscle/tissue injuries; possibly by moving the needle around and failing to numb the nerve. This caused weeks of pain following the procedure itself.
Told me I needed to sit still and was making her dizzy.What do you expect after sitting in a chair for 2 1/2 hours with your mouth hanging wide open? I think she gets paid enough that she can put up with a little dizziness. Next time I’ll drive farther and go to someone more professional.
I walked in on a Friday afternoon with a cracked tooth and in a lot of pain. Dr Herring and her staff stayed late to help me. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They were great.
