They always mess up on my direct deposit had to switch banks. Wierd bank don’t recommend it
Online banking system is always down. Here I am at lunch time and I can’t eat because once again their system effects your bank deposit and literally everything that has to do with your account. It’s been hours, they only have 1 job and it’s obvious they fail time, and time again. Unreliable by all means I will be doing my business elsewhere!
Best bank I have ever had! Been with them for over 2 years now. Always answers the phone, I call them several times a week, they always help me with any questions I have and get back to me in a timely fashion. I have recommended this bank to several people and will continue to do so. Keep being awesome guys, thank you for providing 5 star customer service.
Most banks will work with you as a courtesy, not this bank.
