After residing here for 6 months, I've decided to give my .2 cents on what our experience has been like living here. 1. The front office folks in the leasing office work hard to "make the sell" initially, and make all types of claims regarding the long term community plans. They promise alot up front (a park for families, a pool, a full time maintenance employee once all homes were completed). Mostly lies. 2. Understand the dream was presented but lack trust and transparency. Agent Kebab just call me a liar due to what was promised. Please believe to get everything in writing due this agent will say I DOD NOT SAY THAT. I pay to much for rent and services are not rend and not acceptable. This location is not feasible for a fence due to the flood that come thur my yard and is not demographic where it is a lake coming thur the yard and being charged $150.00 for a wood fence. This property blew my mind so beautiful and the homes are beautiful. Larry and Kebeh were great they assisted me in the process and everyone was perfect I love it!
