My issue and concerns were taking care of and it has been a pleasure leaving here
Last month I toured the model home and one of the semi available homes with Keba twice in one day. She kept assuring me that she would email me the application and information. That never happened, this woman is a liar and unprofessional. She judged me because of my income and never sent the application for me. I kept asking her in person for her email/contact information she kept deflecting to saying “I have your information and will you”. Don’t stop by and speak with her or tour the homes. After residing here for 6 months, I've decided to give my .2 cents on what our experience has been like living here. 1. The front office folks in the leasing office work hard to "make the sell" initially, and make all types of claims regarding the long term community plans. They promise alot up front (a park for families, a pool, a full time maintenance employee once all homes were completed). Mostly lies. 2. We have enjoyed living at Herrin Farms and Kebeh was very helpful in the process of renting our new home. We can't thank her enough!
