Dr. Herrin and his employees are great! I had a walk in concern about my pet and they got her right in and was extremely caring about my cat and my concerns. Dr. Herrin came out to talk to me about the condition I had. I take all my pets to them. Highly recommend this vet over any other vet in Cassville.
i came it with a sick dog he was very quick to tell me i need to this and that after paying the money to do it he informs me my dog is sick and only chance i have at saving him was water....even my 5year old knows an animal needs water... he died two days later from what i suspect was some kind of poison he got into when he escaped. when i called to ask about euthanization when i realized he wasn't going to make it they were very rude took my number never got back to me i finally called back and they wanted to charge me thre... read more
This vet and his staff really care. They fixed my labs broken leg and called me to check on him several times. He acts like nothing happened! I am sooo glad I went here.
I just moved to the area and went to two other veterinary clinics in town before finding Herrin Animal Hospital. Dr. Herrin helped my Yorkie on a Sunday after she was attacked when the other clinics wouldn't call me back. I have been going there for two years since and Dr. Herrin and his staff have been awesome. The hospital doesn't stink like the other vet clinics I've been in. They are caring and thorough and the staff are always friendly. I wish Dr. Herrin could treat people!
fast response when paged, however was very rude and unconcerned with my problem I was having about my animal being sick and not eating or drinking. very disappointed with his "professionalism".
