We had a great experience with Dr. Diamond and our nurse, Jenn, after bringing my son into the ER. Jenn was amazing with my children very caring, attentive, and compassionate. She not only made sure my injured son was comfortable and well cared for, but she was also thoughtful toward his mom and younger brother throughout the entire visit. Dr. Diamond was professional, reassuring, and made us feel confident that our son was in good hands. I used the urgent care here for my daughter who wasn't breathing normally. The experience I had was just fine. However, everything after the care was exhausting. The service was performed in August 2024. I never received any bill for the care (I have pretty good insurance so I figured insurance covered all of it minus maybe the copay).
