I was seen right away! The nurses and doctor on staff were courteous and kind and considerate. I felt well taken care of
DO NOT GO TO THIS ER IF YOU HAVE A REALLY EMERGENCY. I went to this ER last night with my 3 years old daughter, she had an allergic reaction, her body’s was covered by rashes in 90% , her face was swollen , she was shaking and she couldn’t breathe well. The security guy had a terrible attitude like he didn’t care about, he said someone was coming in an ambulance so they couldn’t take care of her , he gave me a form to fill out , I didn’t finish to fill the form out I just took my daughter and we went to the Riverton Hospital... read more
So far we’ve had two grandkids delivered. Here has been a great experience every time great hospital staff and friendly.
The care my daughter received at this facility was great. Dr Beal and staff are awesome. Update: I was in need of medical attention today and again, the care that I received at this facility was exceptional. Doctor Singleton is the most caring physician I have ever crossed paths with and he is extremely thorough. He and nurse Deb made me feel like I matter - They took time and listened. If you want to be judged and shamed for having your medical marijuana card for PTSD, be told how busy they are and that if you results come in good you will be sent on your way and we will wish you a Merry Christmas in September, this is the place for you. Robotic mid-shift staff, they do not make you feel like a human dealing with something that may be scary to you.
