Awesome doctor really take the time to listen to you.
Dr. Tan and also her Medical Asst. is wonderful. They’re very knowledgeable and care very deeply about their patients.. and yes their front end desk needs alittle bit of common courtesy and customer communication but overall I will still come and be their patient and Andrea she’s very kind and always has a smile
Dr Herminia Herrera-Tan is one of the BEST Physicians I have ever had. She gives quality care! She throughly answers any questions and/or concerns. This is why I’ve been with her for over 10 yrs. Dr Herminia Herrera-Tan Is such a wonderful doctor I ’ve recommended several family members; who now see her as a physician and I’ve actually changed health plans a few times to assure I’d continue to be under her care.
I use to think Dr Tan was an amazing doctor and that we established a sold parent patient relationship, over the years he’s changed his staff has changed tremendously. I believe he’s also influenced by them (that’s my opinion)There was times when he would spend more time with you talk too you I referred family and friends here. Now he doesn’t spend no more than 10 minutes it’s very quick in & out I have my own personal reasons why I’m removing my children from his practice and I’m still very hurt with him there was zero comm... read more
