Im really frustrated with my experience. My doctor told me I had rheumatoid arthritis and started treatment even though my blood test clearly said otherwise and I was given hydroxychloroquine medication it is a drug know for causing serious eye problems. It felt like she was more interested in keeping me as a patient rather than caring about my health. The nurse and their receptionist also were unfriendly and not caring. I left feeling confused and disappointed.
I was referred to this office. I've left a message, called a few times. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. I can't even make a an appt! What a bunch of losers!
Been in pain since August. Could get in until October. Didn't believe I have Lupus. Oh take asprin you have lupus that causes blood clots.Xrays , MRIS just wasting my money to be treated as numbers on paper not a person! Had to request physical therapy and oh use valtorine for joint pains. Next time you will see nurse practioner. Really thanks for nothing 4 more months later! Maybe the nurse is more symopathic? But this has been absolutely devastating to my physical and mental health!
Everyone in this office is very kind and helpful. Actually left this Dr office went to another and ended up coming Back.
My first appointment today with NP Gayle. The most positive experience I’ve had in a long time. I was listened to, carefully and thoughtfully examined. I left feeling confident that my condition is now being taken seriously and will be treated, hopefully we can slow it down and reduce my daily pain. Thank you
