You are literally paying for the ammenities and maybe a little bit of recovery. There is hardly any accountablity or structure which every addict needs early in recovery. You get TVs in your room and a whole lot of free time. A lot of their staff are people who went through their program and thats pretty much all the experience that they have in recovery and working with addicts.
