This was the absolute best rental experience ever. Tim is a wonderful landlord and person in general. He has always been there for anything needed! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you!
I lived there for a year and a half,the landlord will spray grass and dirt on your vehicle multiple times.Has no respect for your vehicle.The other tenant don't know how to keep the front doors closed so strangers can just come if they want.When you move out he will screw you on your security deposit and take money off it for previous broken stuff on the apartment that was there before you moved in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LANDLORD AND FIND A BETTER PLACE.DONT LIVE HERE.
Tim is a great landlord. The property is well maintained and the people that he rents to are great to.be around.
