During the unimaginable loss of our father, we were treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. The staff wise not upsell any services and worked within our budget. True professionalism all the way around
We recently had a service for our dad! It no longer has the family owned feel! No one really helped us during the service! They no longer deliver flowers to you!! You are rushed out of the building after the service! Got yelled at to sign for the remains, when no one explained we needed to sign for them! Really disappointing way to send out our dad.
The worst experiences I've ever had, and under the circumstances, wouldn't wish it upon anyone. During our initial meeting, there was ZERO sincerity or condolences from the funeral director we were assigned. We were only to be seated in a meeting room with price lists (which are 2x the price of other funeral homes) on the table to browse over while we waited for them to be ready.
