TLDR; Natalie was hired as our head contractor & designer. Not only did she fail to deliver things that were paid for & outlined in the contract, but she also abandoned the project before completion. Even when she was doing the project, I had email and text to keep her accountable (or she would ghost me for weeks, or months, at a time). Instead of easing the process, she made it more stressful & expensive.
