We had an emergency back up on Thanksgiving. The next morning I called and Chris answered right away. He was out to my house promptly and pumped the holding tank. He answered all the questions I had about my septic system and the blockage. Very professional and excellent service.

Contacted Herr for Septic System Pump at our new home. Extremely satisfied with Herr. Not only did they pump for a low price, but took the time to explain how the Septic system works (our first one) and what to watch out for, how often to pump, tank condition etc. Everyone at the office was easy to get ahold of, responsive, and friendly. Won't go anywhere else for our Septic needs. Thank you so much!
Contracted with Herr on September 10 2023. Work promised to be done in the month of October. Now I am told it will be the last week of November before they show up. They did not live up to what they promised!
