Switched to Herr from another company since their service level was deteriorating. Herr replaced an access riser that was crumbling. The quality of their workmanship showed when they left the riser 3" out of level. They did attempt to fix it and left it at 1 1/2" out of level. Ultimately, the whole tank needed to be replaced. This time, there were 2 risers. I saw the technician using a level this time. Apparently, their level is broke because they left the riser 2 1/2" from level. We had an emergency back up on Thanksgiving. The next morning I called and Chris answered right away. He was out to my house promptly and pumped the holding tank. He answered all the questions I had about my septic system and the blockage. Very professional and excellent service.

Contacted Herr for Septic System Pump at our new home. Extremely satisfied with Herr. Not only did they pump for a low price, but took the time to explain how the Septic system works (our first one) and what to watch out for, how often to pump, tank condition etc. Everyone at the office was easy to get ahold of, responsive, and friendly.
