I bought a 2014 ford escape from them about 2 months ago. After I bought it I noticed a hole in the bell housing of the transmission and had them come and get it to fix it. They done nothing about it and said it was fine. Month later my transmission went out and had to get it replaced. They wouldn’t help with an ounce of it.
