A wonderful organization that rescues reptiles of all kinds that people can't take care of anymore. They educate the public and you can adopt reptiles. They definitely do a great service.
I am trying to figure out what the hype is about this place!! First was was smell.. I was greeted by two alligators in a small enclosure which was not good. Then a big fat crusty male gecko in large tank , which was cool. Then I came across a large alligator snapping turtle I felt sorry for the turtle. He was cramped up in a small tank that was just one size bigger than his own body. I noticed all of the big animals in small tight spaces. This place smells atrocious. It's crowded, dirty, and not very organized. The volunteers are nice, I can say that. But I tried for 2 weeks to get a gecko that was turned into them and they were never able to find it. They said it may have escaped its tank but noone really knew. I was given certain days to call and contact the owner, and every time I called on the day I was told to, I was told to call on another day.
