I have been trying to get Mr. Herpin to call me back for 2 weeks and have not received one phone call. Just trying to make sure he knows I decided not to file and would like to hear his voice tell me he knows. I emailed as well. I have left numerous messages with his staff. I have paid a total of $1800. It was bad enough that I was having a hard time, but I don't think I am asking for too much.
