A great and wonderfully welcoming place for anyone who is a little nervous about getting into fitness. It is also a great place to try all sorts of different workouts that are based around different themes. Want to do barbells? Done. Punching bag via "boss fight" classes? Done.
Came here a few months back on a trip to LA from Australia. Very friendly and welcoming environment and very knowledgeable staff, made me feel like apart of the family from the moment I walked in! Highly recommend to any locals or anyone visiting the area that wants to get fit and geek out!
If you are a Nerd and you want to get fit or keep fit this is the only place to go. The staff is caring and pays attention to you. And the rates for what you get is a steal
