I’ve been training here for the past couple of months. There’s a great selection of classes, excellent and knowledgeable trainers, and a welcoming, supportive community.
A great and wonderfully welcoming place for anyone who is a little nervous about getting into fitness. It is also a great place to try all sorts of different workouts that are based around different themes. Want to do barbells? Done. Punching bag via "boss fight" classes? Done.
Came here a few months back on a trip to LA from Australia. Very friendly and welcoming environment and very knowledgeable staff, made me feel like apart of the family from the moment I walked in! Highly recommend to any locals or anyone visiting the area that wants to get fit and geek out!
