If you care about the quality of care of your loved one do not bring them here. There is usually only one staff member for nine patients so the patients do not receive the care or attention they need. There are no transportation services offered or activities scheduled so the patients just sit and watch TV everyday. The house needs a lot of maintenance. Unfortunately, there is nothing good about this place when it comes to caring for the elderly.
Why would the owner give his own place 5 stars? This place is not clean and the bathrooms don't even have soap to wash your hands.
Heron creek is a caring and loving facility, that has recently changed management, who is implementing new policies in compliance and guidance with state regulations. Customize diet for each residence in comformity with residence diagnosis. New changes has lead to bad med. Tech's and aids replaced to bring quality care to residence.
