Horrible place, they tow you even though you are right. I am moving out of here as soon as possible and don’t recommend anyone living in this community!
The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location, since there are many places nearby. Other than that, it’s been a terrible experience. They towed our car even though the permit was clearly displayed and they still decided to tow it. They don’t take responsibility for exterior cleaning, like the windows, and at the same time don’t allow us to clean them ourselves. Do you like your car getting towed despite the parking permit being very visible? Do you love it when your personal property gets vandalized even though there’s a (negligent) police officer on site? Then this is the place for you!
Not a great place to live. My car was stolen in my first year here and my neighbor’s car was stolen as well, the management office did not acknowledge the thefts or express any sympathy or belief whatsoever and the cop who is stationed here was no help, not even when a local child smashed several mirrors was anything done. Predatory towing is also common here. My car was also towed simply for having an Uber magnet on the roof. Las que trabajan en la oficina no son profesionales para nada. Cuando me robaron el coche no me lo creyeron ni lo hicieron caso, lo mismo con mi vecina, no había simpatía para nada. El policía que siempre está allí no hace nada, ni ayudó cuando un niño rompió los espejos de muchos coches. La grúa me llevó el coche solo por tener un imán encima. No es un buen lugar en donde vivir
