This clinic is filled with empathetic and knowledgeable staff. My dog loves going there, even after having surgery 😆 Each person you will come in contact with will care for your animal like their own.
I’ve been going to Herongate with my dog Oreo for over 3 years and the care that we receive here is unlike no other. We first heard of this clinic through my cousin, who’s dog is obsessed with the compassionate staff and the exceptional level of care, and we think the exact same. Not to mention, you’ll never leave the building without the RVT Melissa cracking a joke to make you smile :)
Summary: What started as a good relationship with Herongate Animal Hospital ended in a complete breach of trust due to surgical damage to a healthy tooth and a total refusal by management to accept financial accountability.
