I disagree with many of these reviews not cozy old people are cold especially when not moving no blankets on them and it's cool in there. Dirt stinky carpet in Meadows so not healthy holds everything..parking is a joke..and no notification to family members about outbreaks..getting in touch with anyone on phone is difficult..no outside activities any more in summer..I would never recommend this place
Heron Terrace is responsible for the death of Micheal Joseph. They did not follow his plan of care and fed him solid food and he suffocated to his death. Micheal Joseph’s body was taken by Windsor Police for a criminal autopsy at London University Hospital. It was concluded that Heron Terrace killed Micheal Joseph. They wrote a letter to the family promising changes but when Covid came and in other Ministry filed complaints , once again Heron Terrace was ignoring plans of care.
