We purchased a beautiful home, built new by Pulte, and we are celebrating our second year anniversary. We love the area and love the people, and the quality of the home that Pulte built is top-notch, especially when compared to other builders in the area. I would recommend going with Pulte. My only warning is to beware the rules that govern your HOA. I really enjoy the community. It's quiet and for me, it's close to shopping, supermarkets, hospital and so much more.
Pulte has done a great job with their guarantee and how they planned the neighbor. Heron preserve is close to parks, walk/bike paths and it’s 2 miles from tradition, Keizer, the heart statue and we are getting a firehouse and a veterans park. I hope this jewel of PSL stays a secret!
Ryan, our construction manager is THE BEST. Great communication and always on top of everything. He truly made our home building experience memorable and enjoyable!
