Alright, I've realized that these apartments are quite deceptive. Initially, on 3/21, the listed price for the lowest 1-bedroom was $1175, plus a $100 parking fee. However, upon viewing the apartment, the price jumped to $1275, with the addition of a $100 parking fee and a $35 camera fee, totaling $1410. Checking the website now, the starting rate is $1375, and this was for a 690 square foot unit. The apartment felt too small, and the appliances seemed outdated. Unless you're prioritizing downtown living, it's not worth it.
