Excellent quality care...it is an astounding beautiful place ..very clean and the staff and team are so compassionate and caring..the food is excellent ... Family members that come there to live are treated with the highest respect and care and all the residents are so happy there !! The activities are wonderful !!!!
My father spent the last 7 years of his life here and recently passed away. Other than some of the people who directly worked with my father, we received nothing in the form of a condolence from Heron Pointe. My brothers and I were with my father the last two weeks of his life and taken back by behavior of Amy. She was rude, cold and unprofessional. Difficult during such a traumatic time for us. What a disappointment. They can and should do better both for clients and families.
Excellent infection control measures good quality care for elderly. staff knows their residents very well.
The staff and facility have been so helpful with my hundred year old plus parents and I appreciate their patience and grace! They have also kept them safe during Covid 19 times. Heron Pointe, you guys rock!
