They take your $40 per person and don't read your application correctly. They deny you quickly just to make $40 nonrefundable. Landlords like these make the homeless situation worse!!!!!! Don't apply here save your $40 for someplace else! After seeing closer photos that weren't from construction completion, I am glad for the denial but sad about the inappropriate loss of $80!
