Update: Maintenance came in and reviewed the situation. We did receive a partial refund, which we appreciate. Hopefully next bill will be okay! I do appreciate that this was at least handled in the proper way after we went to the office. We recently moved in (a month and a half ago) and our first water bill came out to $165 for a one bedroom apartment (for 18 days of usage). Escribo por este medio para agradecer al Sr..Enmanuel (Manager) de la propiedad por haber atendido mi llamado personalmente al tema del A/C junto con el Supervisor de Mantenimiento Mike. Disculpe por la insistencia del problema que ya se venía generado desde hace un mes pero mi biil de electricidad se veía tambien afectado También el sr Mike a principio de mes de julio resolvió el problema del calentador de agua.
