I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I’ve had a leak in my apartment for AGES they came to look at it and said they couldn’t do anything about it and it’s still LEAKING, i asked if they can’t fix it to transfer me to a new apartment they wanna charge me $500 to move to a new one. Not only do they not fix problems in the apartments people in the area will steal your things, you have to buy your own camera if you wanna see who’s stealing your stuff, not a safe area at all. This was an awful place to live. Last year for the entire month of August our AC was broken. Over 95 degrees in the apartment daily, for over 30 days. We had pets that lived there and had no where else to go…. I had to harass the office on a daily basis, the solution they offered us? A window AC. I don’t know if it was the window AC or the broken AC, but our electric bill that month was $260. About $160 more than any other month we lived there. We didn’t even live there that month.
