Like a small town shopping experience. Always friendly and helpful staff; you never have to search for assistance. Just too bad that they'll be closed soon. A real loss.
When we moved to Ottawa and located in the neighborhood,a friend recommended this store for its selection and service excellence. They did not disappoint! Now,20 something years later we heard the sad news that they are closing. Another Ottawa landmark business closing down. We want to thank the family and the staff for the many years of friendly,knowledgeable service and wish all the best for their future endeavours.
