The HOA has completely privatized and restricted parking access along the Bay Trail public shore (look up “Heron Bay Trail” on Google Maps). It is strictly enforced 24 hours by a security guard vehicle. I understand restricting the parking within the different courts and streets houses are on. Or even restricting non permitted parking after hours when the trails are closed. They have a very bad service with disregard for residents. I wouldn't recommend putting up with these people
