I see Ann for reiki, she is such a caring and special human that each reiki session is a unique experiance! All positive! All amazing! Also through the support of reiki I have then been encouraged to meditation eachThursday I do class meditation and find that very rewarding. Highly recommend Heron Alternative Therapies! One of the best things you can do for yourself.

I regularly go to the weekly group meditations and love it. For me it’s the place I like to go to detox my mind, meet with friends and share in group meditation. It’s a safe space to share thoughts, feelings and experiences. I love the reiki sessions with Ann too. It’s a very spiritual and calming experience.
