So… there I was, “Calling around to different AC/HT companies to get to come to my house to service my unit.” All were booked for a few days out. I had one company come out to see my unit and quoted $12k - 18k to replace the entire unit. The rep didn’t bother to assess the unit. I search through Google maps for AC/HT repair and saw Heroic. Contacted Heroic on Tuesday morning they were able to get someone out that afternoon. We were very pleased, will most definitely use them for any future needs. Tyler was our technician he was a nice young man. That explained everything he did.
Great service! Fast, efficient and courteous. And I now have a working ice maker less than 1 week after I made the first call! Can't ask for better than that considering they had to order the part! Happy Customer!
