Had a great time the bartender was always coming by asking if we needed anything staff here is so friendly :-) I love this place!
RecommendedWe had a lovely time and had great service. I ordered Chicken & Dumpling soup, Spinach salad, and a glass of Pinot Noir. My husband ordered the local burger with French fries and a Gumball Head by Three Floyd's. I highly recommend the Chicken & Dumpling Soup. It was delicious! We will be planning another date there. I've been there about 5 times - the first 4 were at least 2 years ago and the service and food was fine. This past time we stood for a minute waiting to be acknowledged by the 3 people working the front end while they finished their conversation. Once seated the server was pleasant but the drink service was slow(not her fault) and my appetizer came up the same time my food did. It was a much better run restaurant a few years back.
Great food excellent service. Came to joliet for a few days and my girlfriend and i eat here every time we come. Heros has never disapointed me. Love the food espessially the macon bacon burger. Best burger ive ever had. Keep it up heros�
My family waited more then 10 minutes to be waited on. All the waitresses saw us sitting at our table waiting to put in our orders,but that didn't happen. Three women were at the hostess area talking and didn't even bother sending the waitress over.We normally like going there but the service there has been going down lately. Our waitress was standing and talking with other people at another table. We will not be going on Monday nights.
