Worst restaurant ever! Worst food ever! Worst service ever!
Our server Madelyn was so sweet, very attentive. The food was delicious as always. I frequent Heroes once or twice a month with my friends and my boyfriend and we never have a bad experience.
Had another great experience. Burgers were excellent!! Amanda is an amazing server

RecommendedOrdered the “Slocum”, Buffalo style chicken sandwich. Our server was absolutely adorable, fun and helpful and I am SO sorry I can’t remember her name! On her recommendation, I ordered the grilled veggies instead of fries, it was a delicious, perfect pairing! My husband ordered the cod and was equally pleased with his meal.
I love this place. It's become a fun tradition to visit Heroes West with my friends each and every year when we go to the drag races at Route 66 Raceway.
Waitress was wonderful answered all our many questions. However she did warn us burgers are their specialty. I wanted organic roasted chicken and it was not available. So I had meatloaf with gravy on side, mixed vetg medley. Not at all what I expected for flavor. Nothing to brag about for a place that cuts and grinds there own beef. Fake oil in the vetg. Wait staff was pleasantly awesome waiting for our entire group to show. Food was great and served promptly. Great veterans discount.
