Unprofessional and rude
****Updated my review Set up appointment with Jeremy to fix my interior kitchen ceiling and assistant called and said day is not confirmed untill 5pm the day prior to schedule. Company policy is paid in full up front but cannot guarantee their scheduled time. I was issued a refund but Jeremy did not communicate that he ever sent a refund, so I was unaware it was sent. More concerned with making money than taking care of the customer. Out of 3 different companies they are the only ones who said I needed a new roof and that they would handle it. After jumping through many hoops they are not able to deliver on their promises. Of course I went with another company.
Only by luck did I find this company, I heard them mentioned at the VA. They had the inspection, estimates, financing and scheduling done the same day I called. They do offer Veterans’ discount. They are multilingual and my guy was Jeremy Loya, he was able to explain everything in detail. Their estimate was half what the other quotes were. They also do other tasks like carpet replacement and privacy fence repair.
