My family and I are so impressed with Heroes Roofing. Jeremy has been so knowledgeable and kind during the process with our home insurance. He genuinely loves helping people, he does a great job explaining all the services they provide and walks you through all your options. I am so happy to have found a company we can trust.
I am still pending to review the work, but as far as scheduling and communication goes, this is poorly done. They called to schedule us at time between 0800-1000, then Valerie told my husband it was rescheduled for 1600, it is now 1724 on a Friday and I can't get a hold of anyone. This does not instill any confidence in their professionalism. I am upset because I wanted to pay them the money at the scheduled appointment time. For any future recommendations, I will not ever pay this company upfront.
Amazing work done by Meni , very professional and attentive at all times, will definitely recommend this company and workers like Meni who take their job will full seriousness and responsibility
Quality work and quick to respond and adjust (if needed.) I plan on using them for all my families needs.
Antonio, Cesar , Jaime, The Gang. Above and beyond. These guys are efficient. They know how to take care business. Performed a profound cleaning after completion of the roof. The yard was impeccable. ALL trash was removed the work alone is beautiful. These guys work BADASS!
