Professional, friendly, and phenomenal! The hearing care team here is extraordinary! Thank you so much for the help with ear wax removal. Now that I have a clean slate, I know to leave my ears be until the next appointment. I was initially hesitant about making an appointment because I was overthinking—worried about what they might find or that I would face sales pressure for a hearing exam or device. I am so grateful that wasn't the case at all. If anyone out there is worried about that, don't be! :D :)
