Thorough explanation of hearing loss
I took my mom for her hearing test and starting from the front desk it was a pleasant experience . I forgot the name of the lady at front desk but super nice , kind and gentle . My mom can’t speak good English but they were so patient and cooperative the whole time . Russell is very kind , caring and compassionate and takes such good care of his patients .
