I went to Heroes of Hearing yesterday to get custom ear plugs for swimming. I was greeted by a very personable receptionist and waited just a few minutes to see Russell. He is great! I explained my ear discomfort after swimming and he very gently examined my ears, removed wax and created the molds for the ear plugs.
