Heros Lawn Care pull out of our 4 signed contracts after the snow season had started, they blamed it on an employee even though the owner signed 4 separate contracts. The owner Paul asked for more money or he would give us a 30 day notice.
Beware! They pulled out of my contract 8 days after contract went into effect. The owner came to me 8 days after the contracts start date and asked for more money. BEWARE! The owner was rude and nasty. If you are considering this company for your snow removal or lawn needs, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
I hired Heroes at 2 of my Condominium Associations and have been very happy with the service. The communication is excellent and when we began the season, we had a great walk thru and they have met and exceeded our expectations. I recommend if you are looking for a reliable company Heroes will be your best choice.
They do my snow removal and just had them out to remove some overgrown ornametal grass. They did a great job!
