Zero star for Heroes lawn Care. They don't show up for service and don't respond to phone calls and messages.
With all the positive reviews thought I would hire them to do a sod installation. Had an estimate of materials required and an agreed price. Took two weeks from first install to last, with constant delays of missing materials, right measurements weren’t taken, material shortage. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the office about updates. Constantly asking for more money even after payment was made. Would not recommend.
Guys were professional, polite, and did exactly what they said they'd do. I had my whole irrigation system checked, numerous sprinkler heads were raised, adjusted, and had a sprinkler head replaced too. I'd recommend the irrigation crew to anyone needing services. The guys were also transparent with pricing and I wasn't surprised with any extra or additional expenses that weren't agreed upon.
Best company I've dealt with in years timely, efficient, hard-working
Stay clear... Had them do an aeration on our yard. Complete disaster. They butchered the front yard. Barely did the sides and didn't do the back. Called and requested a call back from the manager/owner and no response. Asked for aeration and they gave us annihilation.
