I've been with Heroes Lawn Care of Alpharetta for a year now and I have to say, I'm really pleased with what I've seen. Alberto Alvarez is a true professional—he knows his stuff and gives great tips for keeping my lawn in top shape. This summer, I was thrilled to find no weeds at all, and my grass looks vibrant and lush, with no patches. The results are impressive! I've even recommended them to my neighbors in the community. Just a heads up, the amazing results come after about 2-3 services.
Had an appointment scheduled for today and no one ever showed. If they don't serve my area, then it should have been told to me up front so I don't waste my time scheduling an appointment.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR IRRIGATION. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND EXPENSIVE. I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired Heroes for a 4-6 hour job to repair and relocate several sprinkler heads. I asked for the work completed by a certain time (as they had promised) and to start with relocating a specific sprinkler in the back yard. They did neither. Update: I used them again for Irrigation work, their new irrigation expert, Michael, was AMAZING! He’s an irrigation professor, loves what he does, prompt, excellent communication and fair. ——— High quality work, timely, smart, reasonable pricing. I’ve never been satisfied with an irrigation company until now. Repeat customer.
I switched to Heros Lawn Care. They are taking care of everything and very less time from me. Technician did my service today, and he was very detailed. Excellent service
