Can’t speak to their landscaping or hardscaping services, but getting trees through them to plant in your yard is definitely not their specialty. I don’t know what it is about companies planting trees with a mulch volcano, but literally 30 seconds of research will show that it’s not a good practice for transplanted trees, in fact it’s harmful. Been trying for years to get them to come back out to complete the job of installing the metal edging around the rock beds that they put in. Stakes were only installed every third pocket opening of the edging because they "ran out" of them. Noah came out to fix an area that was completely raised out of the ground and I was told they would come back out to fix the rest soon. That was a few years ago. I call every year and noone ever comes out. My rocks are spilling into my yard because of the poor install job. Very upsetting.
Heroes has been my one-stop shop for holiday lighting, fertilization, mowing, and sod replacement. I was very impressed with the new sod last year as they did a great job with the installation and the quality of grass lasted the summer and all came back this spring. Blended in very well with the rest of my yard. I have recommended Heroes to friends and I recommend them to you!
As maintenance director of a commercial property I can honestly say they are the worst I have ever dealt with in every form.
We had Trey Owens out last Thursday to blow out our extensive sprinkler system consisting of 10 zones. Not only did Trey arrive right on time, he was very neat in appearance and better yet super friendly and helpful. Unlike other sprinkler services I have used over the decades, Trey was incredibly competent and would check every single sprinkler head and made numerous trips around our acre yard making sure everything was blown out.
