Jeremy was incredibly helpful when our tire blew out in the middle of the highway. Got us well taken care of.
We got stranded 100 miles from home on Memorial Day and called Heroes simply because it was closest. Jeremy technically wasn’t open but came out to see if he could help anyway. He couldn’t fix what was wrong for us in the time frame we had (foreign car, weird parts with the supply chain issues being what they are in the world right now, compounded with us being so far from home) but he did diagnose what was going on. Owner is nice, but I would not recommend if you only have one vehicle for transportation. Your car may sit there for 2 or 3 months.
