I spoke to Johnathan, whom set up my appointment today. He said to be at my house by 2pm, and that I was the 1st job of the day (Johnathan's words). I took off early from work in order to be home by 2pm. At 4pm I called Heroes Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC to ask why hasn't anyone come yet. Heroes Air Duct Cleaning & AC Heating provides excellent customer service, and I believe it is among the best I have ever hired. This is a company that we will use in the future. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They came into my house and gave me a thorough explanation of everything. I'd never had my ducts cleaned before, and I couldn't believe how much better things ran while they were being cleaned. I am grateful for the professionals who did this job and for everything that was done properly.
We had a good experience with Heroes Air Duct Cleaning & AC Heating. Aaron was super great and knowledgeable. He was upfront about what they were going to do, cost and upkeep. My hubby and I recommend and would like to use them in the future.
This is the first time l used Heroes Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC and l gotta say they did very nice job, a lot better than company l used in the past couple of years. The price, with the discount i got, was a lot lower that l used to pay for the same service. I will definitely use Heroes Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC in the future!!!
Nicholas and his squad performed an amazing job cleaning all our dirty ducts in my laundromat. They also sealed and repaired these ducts to make them last longer. They were very professional and showed up on time. They really know how to keep their customers satisfied. Thank you for a job well done!
