Busted a evaporator coil trying to repair the drainage pipe. Called every Air Conditioning & Heating Repair business you could google in the area. One service company came out to verify what I already knew and instead of wanting to repair it, they just wanted to replace the unit for $4500+. Heroes came out as scheduled, took a look at the damage and said they could repair it. Just in time before 100° heat and they saved me over $3000! Do not use Heroes they are absolutely horrible. They attempted to fix my a/c and left me haning for 3 months in 100 degree weather. DO NOT USE

It's been over 100 degrees everyday for the past month and I need a new cooler. I called them on Friday and they said they could make it out to my place on Tuesday or Wednesday and they'd call me before showing up. On Wednesday I called and called everyday until Friday and left messages asking if they could make it over to my place to look at and quote me a replacement for my cooler.
