I enjoyed both men coming to our home to explain their service when they saw the holes in the siding. Loved the product and they were able to answer every question my mom or I had for them. Love the fact they had a similar color to the siding my mom wanted to keep. I usually don't answer the door for salesmen but thankfully I did. I can not wait for them to start our project.
We had a great experience with Drew and Neil. They were knowledgeable and respectful of our time. They helped us discover a plan that worked for us!
I wish I knew where to even start with this review. We had Siding installed May 2024. The siding itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, this company decided to lie to our faces and tell us that they provided their own installers. They did not tell us after we had explained past bad experiences that they farmed out to another company. This company provided a disappointing overall experience. The communication was poor, with no clear information about project timelines or even the initiation of work. Additionally, changes were made without informing my roofing team, which I fortunately caught before it caused any issues. The sales team that visited my home seemed friendly, but their confidence was misplaced. The representatives, Ryan and Drew, were professional with the presentation, explained all aspects of the door project. They were very willing to work with us on the project.
