The representatives, Ryan and Drew, were professional with the presentation, explained all aspects of the door project. They were very willing to work with us on the project.
When Marcus came to my door I had every intention of telling him I wasn’t interested. Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy so I listened to what he had to offer. Today we had the pleasure of working with Drew and he was fantastic. So far this company has been great to work with. Can’t wait to have our new windows installed.
Great experience working with these folks. We got a new roof. They were fast and respectful and even protected our plants during removal of the old roof. Their communication through the process was top notch.
Aye, Preston, and Ryan were very nice and knowledgeable when discussing siding options with us. For other reasons, we decided not to proceed with the siding project. The staff were very friendly and the whole process was very quick. It all was done a month sooner than expected. There is room for improvement in their roofing staff communication, but it wasn't much of a problem. We were told that they'd start between 7-8 am and the roofers were up working shortly after 6. We had also found a few shingles that we wanted replaced, which the crew lead was great at responding to me about, but the roofers never let us know when they stopped by.
