Turned up for a class, that I booked this week via their website, and they took payment for, to find the gym is now empty and no longer in use. Do not book classes with Zeno Health Club.
Luxurious gym with friendly staff! Very welcoming atmosphere and always immaculately clean. Lovely changing rooms and great variety of equipment spread across 2 floors. No mirrors or pretentious gym culture here! Well worth the membership fee ⭐️

Everything was fine until I tried to cancel my membership. The option in the app doesn’t work, you can’t cancel at reception, and the only way is through email—which I’ve been attempting for the past two months without success. Despite multiple attempts, I’m still being charged, including this month. Extremely frustrating and feels deliberately difficult. Think twice before signing up
