Hero Restoration was a life saver! This was our second time in a year experiencing water damage with two small babies in the house, so while it was very stressful, Hero Restoration did absolutely everything in their power to mitigate that stress. They came same day the water damage occurred, stayed well past after-hours to ensure the job was complete, and had our home dried out in a few days. I highly recommend Hero Restoration and we are incredibly grateful for their fast response and thoroughness in handling the situation.

In October of last year we experienced a very bad water leak from our upstairs bath that came directly into our laundry room below. We called HERO RESTORATION and they were on the job the next morning, although they did offer to come the same evening that we found the leak. After the drying period, our laundry room ceiling was fixed and looked great, and all damage upstairs including carpet replacement was done professionally and within the estimated time frame. We were very pleased with the service they provided.
