I give this company 1 Star, because at least my house is back together. But in the end what I had before the pipe burst was better than what I have now. Update on 8-9-25 handles on kitchen drawers coming off and noticed multiple holes were drilled and was cut in my pantry cupboard by exposed nails that were discovered. Chose them based off a recommendation from the company that provided services to us after our pipe burst. When the kitchen in our downstairs condo unit was flooded from a leak upstairs, we were referred to Hero Restoration for an entire renovation because of so much damage.
