Hero Restoration saved our home. We had a slow leak which left half of our home needing to be gutted and Roger was so helpful in guiding me through the insurance process and reassuring us that he would help take care of us. They are very trustworthy and worked promptly to get our home approved for the damages and he even helped with our Adjustor out here since they had worked together before on other jobs. Roger and his crew gave me the kitchen of my dreams, I really appreciated the communication, professionalism and the overall experience I had with Roger and his crew. They were on time respectful of my home and they took pride in the work they performed. I look forward to working with them on my next project. Thank you Roger for everything. I give this company 1 Star, because at least my house is back together. But in the end what I had before the pipe burst was better than what I have now. Update on 8-9-25 handles on kitchen drawers coming off and noticed multiple holes were drilled and was cut in my pantry cupboard by exposed nails that were discovered. Chose them based off a recommendation from the company that provided services to us after our pipe burst. I give this company 2 stars, because at least my house is back together. But in the end what I had before the pipe burst was better than what I have now. Chose them based off a recommendation from the company that provided services to us after our pipe burst. When the kitchen in our downstairs condo unit was flooded from a leak upstairs, we were referred to Hero Restoration for an entire renovation because of so much damage. We could not have found a better team than who worked to create a new kitchen for us. The project manager was Oscar Z who was there at every step of the process.
