When the kitchen in our downstairs condo unit was flooded from a leak upstairs, we were referred to Hero Restoration for an entire renovation because of so much damage. A dishwasher that leaked water and damaged half of the lower cabinets turned into an 8-week kitchen remodel from 90’s brown to modern white. Hero Restoration helped me with my homeowners insurance claim and they were very responsive to all my concerns and job changes. Their workers were friendly and helpful the whole time. A few months ago, we contacted Hero Restoration for an issue with my aging parent's bathroom. Right away, I was met with great customer service and courtesy. I believe the first person I encountered was a young lady named Andrea, who was able to take my inquiry and get me in contact with Roger our contractor.
