I had an explosion of water (due to bathtub drain P-Trap failure) fall from my ceiling into my dining room. Having never experienced this before I had no idea what to do. Be cautious if paying this company out-of-pocket. Carefully audit their backend documentation. On our file, their timesheets billed us for 18 premium after-hours labor hours on night one, while our digital phone logs proved the crew was only on-site for under 3 hours. They also attached a third-party HVAC invoice dated three months prior to our actual flood date.
