Dealing with hero response was a very easy and professional experience. Their project manager Andreas was very understanding of our sad situation with the insurance company. He came in assessed. The situation put us at ease and let us know that the job would be completed professionally and and very short period of time. As he promised he accomplished what he said he would do.
