Matthew and the team at Hero Plumbing are great. He's a legitimate *Master* Certified plumber, really knows his stuff including edge case old building type stuff... Will consult with you to find both short term triaging and long term perma-fix solutions for your situation. Kind, good communicator, collaborative, and a solution focused consultative demeanor. Would highly recommend!
Michael was incredibly helpful. He identified and fixed the issue quickly, told us about preventative maintenance and also quoted a water heater. Great service!

They were part of a quote request through yelp for a repair/replacement of a bad install of a tub faucet (stuck on with a sharkbite :-/ ) Response was quick and was able to get Michael out for a quote within a couple days and the work done a couple day after that, in a quick manner. Out of the 6 quotes I got, their price landed on par with others.
