Matthew and his brother did an amazing job. We did a washing machine water box thing, 15 undersink and toilet valves (basically all of them), an outdoor freezless spigot replacement (They had to go into the basement ceiling to get to it, and another freezless spigot rebuild, a small pipe extension, an additional outdoor spigot aaaaand a dishwasher supply line. Hero Plumbing and Drains LLC has been my go-to for my plumbing work since 2022. They are reliable, professional, thorough and honest. Most recently they replaced a second story kitchen drain that failed at ground level and mitigated the sewer backup by snaking and hydro jetting the lines. I cannot recommend Hero Plumbing highly enough.
The entire Hero team is incredible. Courtney on scheduling and Matthew and Michael as plumbers - top notch service across the board. They are direct, fair, honest, and willing to explain what they are doing/answer questions throughout the whole process. They’ve helped us with both emergent and non-emergent plumbing needs and we couldn’t be happier with the service and prices. We’ll be singing their praises to anyone who will listen!
Excellent service with a fair price...what more can anyone want? Michael was exceptional. He explained everything that needed to be done, answered all my questions, and provided the total cost upfront. No surprises. I will have Hero in the future for all my plumbing needs.
Communicated arrival time and was on time. Great attitude and knowledgeable about the issues we were having and both were addressed and fixed in less than 1 hour.
