I contacted Hero Plumbing and Drains to install a RP backflow preventer. Matthew came to my home twice (once to scope the project and once to meet with my water company rep to confirm the requirements) before the install. He was professional, he advocated for me with my water company, and he completed the project in a timely manner. The communication from him and his team was great. I highly recommend this company.
Mathew was on time, was informative, and pleasant to deal with. Shout out to Courtney also. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Matthew was patient with in explanations of services, responsive, kind and all around, professional.
Matthew and Courtney were responsive, honest and courteous and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Michael and Matthew are very professional and honest. They saved me from overspending with a large-name company that is all about sales. Their work speaks for itself, quality work and their attention to detail is reflected. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a quality and professional job done.
