Staff and Personal Trainers are fantastic! You gotta give these guys a try to reach ALL of your fitness goals!
Gym equipment is outdated. Prices are overinflated for the quality of training. Personal trainer is not one on one. They train you with two other people. Group training is 10 people max and person training is 3 max. Easy to negotiate prices but make sure you are aware of what you’re getting.
This gym has exceeded my expectations, especially Mike, the owner's dedication to health and fitness. Emily keeps me on track with daily reminders through the Hero app. Corey and Kierra are outstanding trainers who inspire me to push beyond limits. I look forward towards my daily sessions!
Do not do the private trainer, it became very inconsistent where every month it was a new trainer.Now im stuck paying a loan.
I started going to this gym to challenge myself. The staff here is incredible & very motivational. They work out a plan with you & explain everything to you very simple. The trainers also hold you accountable & check up on you frequently to make sure you're doing what you need to do. They're open 24hrs a day & have group classes throughout the week. I managed to lose 10% body fat & gain 5.5 lbs of muscle in just 6 weeks going here. Way better than other 7 day a week gyms out there.
