Hero Outdoor has been my "go to" for hard to find items for 12+ years. Their BEST items are excellent customer service and prompt shipping. They NEVER disappoint. Sizing indicated maintains their accuracy.
The worse shopping experience for firearm accessories I've had in years. Items shown on their webpage are NOT in stock, nothing on the description indicates that it's not in stock. After paying over a grand for a optic, no shipment for several days, and when I called (after numerous attempts) I was told, they ordered it from the USA "from their other warehouse". Worst experience worst customer service. I ordered a 22ci hpa bottle via Sezzle and for a month I waited. Ended up dispute it and it was disputed guess what they did? They send me a 13ci bottle when I clearly emailed them I do not want a 13ci hpa and that if they do not have the 22ci hpa bottle I want a full refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I was looking for some surplus kit and found their website. Big popup for free shipping on your first order. Tried for a few days to get the offer to work but to no avail. I called their customer service and spoke to an actual human after just a few rings! I explained the situation and customer service simply told me to place my order and the shipping would be refunded. Only had to give him my name. I completed my order and received an email within a day that the shipping had been refunded. Phenomenal customer service!
I was glad to find an airsoft retailer with a hard to find item, that is closer to the US than Hong Kong. It did arrive later than expected, but that's not on them, that was a screw up on USPS's part.
