The first time, I made a purchase without checking the item availability in-store, which was a partial mistake because it was not available but they kindly offered me a choice between two items as replacements for my initial selection. For the second purchase, I checked the item's availability in-store beforehand by email; the item was available, so I placed the order. Ordered some gear from here, and never received a shipping notification. So I then had to email them, which they responded 2 days later, saying it was coming to them from their overstock warehouse, and would be shipped to me the following week. Never heard a thing. So, reached out to them to follow up, and its now changed to the next week! So, I then request a refund, to which they denied. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and they replied within 12 hours to tell me that both of the items on my order aren’t in stock. I requested to cancel the order and have my money returned to me, and they have yet to reply. I have reached out to them about it 5 times, only to be ignored every time. This company will literally steal from you, so I would suggest looking elsewhere.
