Hero outdoors, ironic name... Made an online order months ago, was never shipped, never followed up with me after, multpitle attempts to have this order resolved, still have never had my visa refunded... I've reported them to the Ontario Better Business Bureau. I advise anyone else who has lost their money with their online orders to also REPORT these clowns. Unreal they call themselves Hero's lol.. I'd do less than a star if possible, just terrible to read so many other folks also be screwed with their online orders by this... read more

Listen to the reviews! I wish I had looked them up before I purchased. I ordered 9 pens to Australia, but they emailed to tell me that they only had 1 in stock, and could offer 5 alternatives they had in stock. I merely asked for the updated cost of shipping these goods and have been sent into a whirlwind debacle beyond what I would have imagined. I never got a response to my question about the shipping cost, and the subsequent refund of the goods they were unable to send, so I opened a PayPal case. I then received an email ... read more
