I’m very satisfied with the service! The young man was highly professional and worked very efficiently. Even though my door and lock are older model, he quickly found a practical solution and fixed the problem in no time. I really appreciate his expertise and speed. Highly recommended!

Service as stated on the side of the van- Hero indeed! Richie is an excellent locksmith, punctual and lovely honest guy to deal with. I’ll be recommending to all my friends to keep his number handy whenever that unfortunate event occurs when you are locked out. He can free bike locks and services any type of lock which sounds like a great idea to keep the mechanisms turning with ease.
I can highly recommend Hero Locksmith. Richard was so kind and patient with my dad who has Parkinsons and struggles a bit to process things but he didn't leave until he knew my dad was able to work the new lock. This made life that little bit easier for my parents and was very much appreciated. He also didn't charge them an astronomical price for the work carried out.
