I can’t say enough good things about this gym! When I first joined, I was a size 12 and just looking to feel better in my own skin. Thanks to the incredible support and push from the instructors, I'm now a size 8 — and more importantly, I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than ever. I wasn't impressed with the gym staff or the way they conducted their sessions. They only have a combination of kickboxing & physical weights. They don't communicate well with their members.
Best gym in town, I am very happy to have found Hero and Kickboxing 🥊 , everyone is so friendly and the vibes aka music is always , truly a gem . Awesome availability, 6am to 8:30 pm, so no excuses! They offer different kinds of classes so depending on what you will like to do each day they have it, from kickboxing, HIIT, Strength. Amazing coaches, they are always there to push you to your limits! You will not be disappointed!
I have not taken a class here as of yet but, just interacting with Sam and the other lady at the desk made me decide to sign up with this place. They are incredibly friendly, open, and receptive. The overall all experience I felt was nothing less than positive vibes.
